Paramahansa Yogananda was born as Mukunda Lal Ghosh in Uttar Pradesh. He was a yogi and guru who introduced millions of Westerners to the philosophy of yoga and meditation. Apart from this book, his other spiritual literature includes In The Sanctuary of The Soul.
