Where is My Book?

 

Tracking Your Purchases:

 

AbeBooks is an online marketplace where thousands of booksellers from around the world list their books for sale. When you place an order with one of those booksellers, they will process your order and ship the book to you from their location.

You can easily view the estimated delivery date and status of your order through your AbeBooks account. If you have a question about your order, we recommend you contact the bookseller directly, using the instructions below. 

1. [Sign on] to your AbeBooks account with your email address and password.

2. Select [View My Purchases] in the Member Menu.

 

 

3. Find the order in the Orders list. If you have many orders, use the search options at the top of the page to list and find your orders.

4. For more information on your purchase, including the estimated delivery date, or to contact the bookseller directly, click on the [Item Details] link to the right of your order.

 

5. If you would like additional information about your shipment, click the [Ask Bookseller a Question] button to send an inquiry directly to the bookseller.

  

  


My Bookseller Didn't Respond:

 

The bookseller should respond to your inquiry within 2 business days. If you do not receive a reply from your seller, please contact us at Customer Support.

 


I Need to Return a Book or Get a Refund: 

 

You will also find the link to request a Return or Refund for your purchase under [Item Details]. For more information on Returns, please click on “Returns and Refunds” in the column to the left. 

Please note that your estimated delivery date, based on the shipping speed selected at the time of purchase, is quoted in business days and does not include weekends or holidays.
