Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.0 LB. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra postage is required. If the purchaser is a New York State resident, the Sales Tax of the relevant county must also be added. International purchases of $60.00 or more require insurable shipping option.
