About ABELARD BOOKS
After 30 years of operating an open shop in downtown Toronto, Abelard Books has recently moved to a mainly mail-order business in private premises. While the scale of our collection has naturally been reduced by this change, the quality of our stock has been enhanced. Our specialties remain: Philosophy, Theology, Greek and Latin Classics, Medieval Studies, and Archaeology. In these specialty fields, we also offer a selection of Early Printed books.
