About the Author:

Kriangsak Kittichaisaree is Director of the Legal Affairs Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Thailand and sometime head of the Thai delegation to the Preparatory Commission for the International Criminal Court. He is also Chairman of the Foundation for the Development of International Law in Asia and an Honorary Visiting Fellow and Lecturer in International Criminal Law at the University of New South Wales School of Law, Sydney.
