About the Author:
Our story is told from where we begin. For Jonathan Richard Cring, this was music, finding himself in Nashville, Tennessee, with a recording contract in his earl twenties. Encouraged by his agent, the first book he wrote was called The Gospel According to Common Sense. Fourteen books later, he has accumulated a considerable journal of his journey and heart. Raising three sons of his own and three he adopted, he additionally writes three daily blogs and has a weekly podcast. Bouncing off what has been done while discovering what is available has created the arc of the career for Jonathan Richard Cring.
Review:
Quite literally the best Christmas stories I have ever read. --Arthur Holland, Shelby, North Carolina

Last year I went to a Christmas party and the children in the family were begging to hear the 'story for that night' before they went to bed. So we all listened in and I was enchanted. I ordered a 'Mr. Kringle'sTales' for my own family, and this year we read a story each night. Not only are the tales highly entertaining, but they make me feel like I'm a little girl waiting for Santa to come. I love Christmas again! --Judith Holbrook, Darby, Florida

One of the best collections of short stories I've ever encountered. Jonathan Richard Cring really knows how to put together tales that range from Santa Claus, to American history (think Abraham Lincoln) to actual sci-fi. This book made me laugh out loud - especially All the Reindeer Games. Santa and the elves from the toyshop are like friends I'm going to miss, until I see them again next year at Christmas. --Gene Buxton, Madison, Wisconsin
