I published this through Author House U.K. and prepaid all expenses of publication so that I kept the copyrights and can also distribute it worldwide through Kindle separately. But for another book called 'The Seraphic Gospel' I have a contract with Strategic Book Publishing Rights Agency, and they are making their own arrangements to distribute it through many agencies, including Kindle, so I am not including it here. However, I am working on a new book called 'God and Reality', and I now feel that I should publish it through Kindle direct, because that is much less extra work for me. It is so easy!
