About the Author:

I was born in Salina, Ks. After graduating high school I went into the US Army where I served three years before being honorably discharged. I went to college as a single parent. Graduated from Kansas Wesleyan with a 3.69 GPA. My major was History and Political Science, with a minor in Education. Out of college I joined the management team for an appliance and electronics company. I was there for several years until our company got bought out. I have had a wide spectrum of job experiences in service and retail, ranging from making cabinets and car batteries, to substitute teaching for the local school district, and being the trainer for a firm involved in credit card retention services.
