About the Author:
Dr. Parsons began his ministry in the early 60s preaching on the streets of Chicago after serving his country in the United States Marines. He graduate from Bible College in Grand Rapids, MI where he met his wife Mary. He completed his Master of Arts in Theology at Wheaton College and Master of Divinity at Northern Baptist Theological Seminary. He completed his Ph.D in Theology at the California Graduate School of Theology.
Frank and Mary have two children, Linda and William, and they have one granddaughter Piper by their daughter Linda and son in law Todd. Frank begin is pastorat in 1967 as a student Pastor. He is a Evangelist, teacher, and instructor in Theology. He is founder and Executive Director of Open Bible Ministries and his daughter Linda is the President. He serves as an Associate Minister in Black church in Everett, WA.
