Dr. Birchett has a Ph.D in instructional design and a master of science in journalism from the University of Michigan. She is currently completing her master of divinity at Union Theological Seminary in New York. She is a contributing author on numerous books including Africans Who Shaped Our Faith and Biblical Strategies for a Community in Crisis.
