About the Author
Steph Caswell is an author and teacher based in the UK. She has taught in primary schools for over 10 years, and enjoys working with teachers to improve their practice and to help them gain confidence in their teaching ability. She has had a variety of roles within schools, including Deputy Headteacher, Inclusion Leader and NQT Mentor. She also enjoys updating her blog at www.thenqtmentor.com, so that newly qualified teachers can access weekly advice and tips for managing their first year of teaching. She interacts with her readers and teachers on twitter @thenqtmentor and also @stephcaz_writer. Steph has two children and enjoys practising yoga in her spare time.
