About the Author
Eugene Viollet-Le-Duc etait un architecte et theoricien francais. Ne en 1814 a Paris, mort a Lausanne en 1879. Il restaura un grand nombre de monuments du Moyen-age comme Notre-Dame de Paris et la cite de Carcassonne. Il travailla aussi sur les chateaux de Pierrefonds, Coucy et Roquetaillade
