About the Author
Julie J. Nichols, Ph.D., Integrated Awareness teacher, is a teacher of English at the postsecondary level and a devotee of healing arts for 20 years. She lives in Utah.
Lansing Barrett Gresham, founder of Integrated Awareness, has developed this material over 3 decades of empirical, experiential teaching and healing. He is the principal teacher at Touchstone, an educational center in Cotati, California.
