About the Author

Richard E. Peck was the youngest officer and pilot, at the age of nineteen, to be comissioned into the US marine Corps. He completed his college education in two and one half years and earned his PHD in three years. A playwriter, actor, disk jockey, and comic, Mr. Peck later became president of three universities. the author is an avid golfer and proud grandfather. He is the author of numerous books and lives in Placitas, New Mexico.
