Quotation of Milton on the front paste down, dedication to the Queen on the series title page (Builders of Greater Britain, series edited by H.F Wilson). All titles in black and red ink. Picture of Phillip on the frontispiece with protector. No foxing, tight and square. Dusty top fore edge, slight browing to rear end papers, but not the front. Otherwise a very good or better copy. See photographs. Two maps one showing eastern half of Australia, 1787, the other sketch of Sydney Cove, Port Jackson, 1788.
