U.S. postage higher for books weighing 5 pounds and over; customer will be notified of additional postage due before order is shipped. Outside the U.S. please add $15.00 (US) for orders weighing under 1.8 kg for surface rate, otherwise postage at cost. Indiana residents please add 7% sales tax.
