Original 1/2 leather with gilt-stamped cloth. Extremities lightly worn, front board mildly soiled. Internally fine. 31, [16] pp., including 19 fully colored maps. Land owners identified. There is also a one-page uncolored Topographical Relief Map of the Panama Canal and Surrounding Territory. The United States and Nebraska state maps are both interesting as they have information overprinted. The state map highlights roads which are suitable for automobiles, while the national map has a table and gauge for determining the cost of sending packages to different areas of the country.
