Early issue of this radical, counterculture underground newspaper from Berkeley, California, formed after a split with the Berkeley Barb over labor issues. The Tribe embraced more radical and left-wing causes. This issue with an article on the recent Kent State massacre as well as other military and police actions in the United States. other pages are devoted to what a revolutionary response to the Kent State killings might be, with some pages devoted to items needed for street warfare and another several pages devoted to the proper shooting of a gun.
