This VG- book is square, with uniform mild soiling, bumped head and heel of the spine with small tears, a tear in the spine where the title is (see photo); but it has no corner bumps or edge dings and very little wear on the bottom edges. Except for an inked stamped name/address on the front paste down, the interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains and page damage. Paper is moderately toned and still very flexible and not at all brittle; the hinges are strong and not damaged in any way. It even has "N. R.
