Once you have ordered and made payment we shall endeavour to pack and send your purchase the same day but if your order comes in late in the day, then certainly the following day.

Free standard shipping within the UK. Otherwise shipping rates as stated whatever the weight of the book !

All books are carefully packed in cardboard boxes with additional soft packing material.

All UK shipping is with the Royal Mail as is most international shipping, although occasionally we may use a different carrier for international orders. All items are sent using an insured & tracked service and we shall email you with the parcel tracking number.

International orders: many countries have a zero tax/VAT rate for the importation of books. But not all, so it is your responsibility, as the "Importer", to comply with any local customs conditions and to pay any import charges and/or taxes. Any goods delayed or lost due to your refusal or failure to deal with your local customs requirements is your responsibility and cannot be a reason to claim non-receipt, and is not covered by shipping insurance.
