Originally published in 1775, this reprint is an account of Burney's 2 musical tours in continental Europe, one tour in 1770 and another in 1772. Burney was an English music historian and composer. Volume one, 328 pp, shows light fading at foot of spine, otherwise clean and unworn. Volume two, 268 pp, shows some gilt spine lettering worn away, glue repair to gutter of front endpaper, otherwise binding is good. Seller Inventory # 002640
