London: Lincolns - Prager Publishers Ltd. (1950). 255 pp. Introduction by L.C. Van Geyzel. Technical note by Bernard G. Thornley. Hardcover w/ dust jacket. Dust jacket worn at edges, points, and seams with large chips to the top inch of the spine. There is also a large reddish stain to the rear panel. Spine quite soiled. Personal library stamp on the title page, and a large inscription on the first fly leaf. Edge points worn to boards. There is some staining to the verso of the last five illustrations (not affecting the actual plates -- just on the rear). Some scattered foxing throughout, not affecting the plates. .
