Octavo. 12 issues. An interesting look at a small gas corporation tried to establish itself as a leader in the Northeast though they later expanded to Houston. Each issue aimed at their distributors and sales representatives with helpful reasons why oil is to be preferred in 1962 instead of natural gas for fallout shelters, how to convert dormant lumber trucks to gas trucks, and many on how gas is the best alternative fuel. The company was found in 1937 by Louis E. Maron, who retired after a heart attack and took up big-game fishing where he set the all-tackle record for swordfish when he caught a 1,182 pounder of the coast of Chile in 1953. There is no record of these publications on OCLC nor are any for sale on the international market.
