Robertson, in the Department of Agriculture." The views are numbered 41-60, and a printed list and general title, printed on pale green paper, is affixed inside the front cover. Oblong large 8vo, original 3/4 leather over pebbled cloth; red label printed in gold on front panel. First edition. The first view, "Timber Slide on the Ottawa River," is faded, with dust-soiling to margins; some marginal soiling to remaining views; spine of album perished although the underlying structure remains; worn at corners.
