Revised edition, very good hardcover shows a couple of faint spot stains and some other very light trace wear, in very good dust jacket that shows toning to rear panel, mild rubbing and soil, and edgewear that includes closed tears, couple of tiny open chips and larger open chip at top of rear panel along spine head. 577 pages with index, black & white frontispiece of the author and endpaper maps.
