While Hamilton's signature at the bottom is clear and intact, the document has chipped extensively at the right side, likely losing roughly 2.5 cm. (1 inch) of paper and text. Paper seal at left side is intact. Hamilton was a member of the Pennsylvania Assembly at the time of this document.
