Sax Rohmer (pseudonym of Arthur Henry Sarsfield Ward, 1883-1959) created the famous Fu Manchu series. A casual racist, in "Dope" he again deals with a favorite theme - the Yellow Peril of sinister Asians; the first work in his "Red Kerry" series.This is a Very Good (Plus) copy of the Reprint edition. Green cloth binding with black titling on the front cover and spine. Clean text; 385 pages. No dustjacket. Corners are bumped, but otherwise a solid reading copy. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
