Orders usually ship on the next business day. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB. If you place an expedited order for a heavy or over-sized book, we may contact you to request that you cover the extra shipping cost. You can contact me before purchasing a book for an estimate on the shipping cost. Currently USA only. Any orders outside the USA will require additional shipping cost.
