Pages are heavily tanned and foxed with visible markings throughout. Binding remains firm. Pen inscriptions to front free endpaper and title page. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Heavy splits to spine, boards and corners. Gilt lettering is darkened. Heavy wear marks to boards.
