Volume I has 217 black and white illustrations / diagrams. Volume II, topics are steam boilers, dynamos and motors. pages 465-930 pages. (viii-xiv index). Black and white illustrations / diagrams are #217-931. Rubber stamp number 10061 on the title page of both copies. Volume I has a small chip on the bottom of spine and bottom corners. Pages 263-266 are torn and missing the bottom, approx 1 inch. The corner of page 267 is also missing. Text or illustrations are not affected. Pages are very clean and complete. Binding is tight.
