1907. 3rd Edition. 387 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth. Black and white illustrations throughout. Slight cracking to hinges, with exposed netting, pages remain attached. Pages and illustrations have light tanning and foxing throughout. Previous owner's inscription and sticker to front pastedown and front free endpaper. hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No dust jacket. The pictorial cloth boards, decorated by Charles Robinson are worn at the corners, rubbed on edges, spine tearing head/tail and rear edge, spine darkened. Pen initials front endpaper, dated 1908, foxed first and last few pages and occasionally on interior, color frontis, many black and white illustrations, some in text, some full page. No date other than the 1908 on endpaper. All orders packed with care, dust jackets protected by Brodart sleeve, independent bookseller since 2011. Seller Inventory # 12574

Cloth. Condition: Very Good. Thomas, Charles, and William Robinson (illustrator). xiv, 539 pages. The "third edition" issued November 1901. Profusely illustrated by the Robinsons, with colour frontispiece and front cover by Charles. Professionally repaired: endpapers mended (with new free endpaper to front; spine rebacked. Half title present. Leather plate to front pastedown, most likely from Plymouth High School for Girls, with their motto "Non scholae sed vitae discimus" and the initials Phs.
