1929 reprint of second edition (1915) , revision of 1911 original. Thick book with thick paper. Binding extremely tight. Pages unmarked but somewhat tanned. Ex-owner info blacked out. Deckled fore-edge. Tissue page protecting frontispiece, and other b&w illustrations throughout. Stain on bottom edge. Red cloth cover is generally scuffed, and corners bumped; several stains on cover, as well. Spine cover quite worn, but title still clear. No dustjacket. ; 273 pages. Seller Inventory # 27560
