Tightly bound with faint thumb-marking throughout. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Foxing heavier towards the start and end of the book and on text block edges. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and mild dust marking to boards. Notable tanning to board edges and spine, which has mild crushing to ends. Book has forward lean. Gilt is bright. Unclipped jacket has moderate edgewear with chips, tears, and creasing. Heavy foxing. Notable tape repairs to front panel. Heavy tanning to spine. Notable rubbing and marking all over.
