This is an Original, complete issue of 16 pages dated February 29, 1868 -- Vol. 12, No. 583 -- Illustrated with wood cut engravings -- Slight moisture stain around edges, otherwise nice condition -- The Front Cover has a large engraving titled "Don't Go Yet!", (not wanting the life of the party to leave) -- Page 132 has three engravings titled as follows: "Stuart's Portrait Of George Washington", "Relieving The Poor--The Dinner Hour" by Stanley Fox, and "Relieving The Poor--Serving Soup" by Stanley Fox -- Page 136 has a full page engraving by W. S. L. Jewett titled "Scene In The Hospital For Incurables On Blackwell's Island" -- Page 137 has a full page engraving titled "Arrival Of The Body Of Prince Maximillian Of Miramar At Trieste, January 16, 1868" -- Page 140 has a full page engraving titled "The New Suspension Bridge Over The Ohio River At Cincinnati, Ohio" -- Page 141 has two engravings, one titled "The Late Rear-Admiral H. H.
