Hard back binding in publisher's original turquoise cloth covers, black title and author lettering to the spine and to the upper panel, charming illustrated end papers. 8vo. 8'' x 5½''. Contains 178 printed pages of text with monochrome illustrations throughout two of which have been neatly coloured-in. Very Good condition book in scarce Good condition dust wrapper with about 50% of the paper complete to the spine, the rest of the very fragile thin paper is a little age tanned to the edges but is complete, not price clipped 7/6. Dust wrapper is now stabilised and protected in archive acetate film protection, this preserves and prolongs the life of the paper, it is not adhered to the book or to the dust wrapper.
