1847. Third Edition. 715 pages. Half bound in leather with marbled paper covered boards. Greek text. Scribbles and drawing to free endpapers. Noticeable thumb marking, foxing and tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Annotations, underlining and marginalia in pencil throughout; text remains unaffected. Moderate cracking to gutters and hinges; looseness to binding but pages remain attached. Boards have moderate corner bumping and edge-wear with heavy tanning, staining and scuffing overall. Spine has similar tanning with soft rubbing and crushing to ends. Moderate splitting to joints. Book has a slight forward lean. Seller Inventory # 1715149699ABS
