A brief although through biography of John Henry "Doc" Holliday from his early years in Georgia, to Dental school, and the problems, on to Texas, his gambling skills, on to Tombstone where his name and skill both as a gambler and a gunfighter were made. His association with Wyatt Earp and his brothers, versus the cowboy gang and the eventual shootout near the OK Corral, on to Colorado where his life quietly ends in Glenwood Springs. Illustrated with photographs, including six color photos made by a Doc Holliday affectionato, the photos show various parts of the cemetary at Glenwood Springs, Doc's headstones, a signed and dated humorous presentation taking potshots at Myers and Jahn's biographies of Doc Holliday. Exceedingly scarce and more so in this nice condition, and signed by Boyer, and with the additional photographs tipped in!. Signed by Author(s). Seller Inventory # 008260
