Richard Proctor lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and two children. He is an avid outdoorsman and active in local politics. He has BA degrees from the University of Georgia in Economics and Political Science. Richard was born in Newnan Georgia and makes frequent visits back to the South and his roots.
