30 volumes. (No indication of completeness, but large Balzac is usually in 36 or 40 volumes, so this set is probably not complete.) Printed in 1895-1898. Printed in English. The bindings are original. Genuine leather. Quality paper is still fresh bright and clean. Frontisplates. Top edges gilded. Set is in good condition. Internally the set looks new. Set has shelf wear, abrasions, extremity chipping, abraded hinges. I tried showing close ups of the worst chipping. Set has some damage but is still an attractive rustic antiquarian set. Not complete. Set has some chipping and some damage. No indication of completeness, but large Balzac is usually in 36 or 40 volumes, so this set is probably not complete.
