The condition of every book is as described on the AbeBooks web sites is guaranteed. If the buyer is dissatisfied with a purchase (Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged) or if the order has not arrived, please contact the book seller for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Shipping is from California or Pennsylvania. Orders usually ship within two business days (Monday thru Friday). The book seller does not provide tracking information for shipments. Standard shipping is USPS standard mail and should arrive within four to 14 business days. As per USPS, service location and/or peak delivery periods, deliveries can take up to 21 business days. If the buyers order does not arrive within 21 business days, please contact the book seller for resolution.
