About this Item

This VG- book is quite attractive despite its external defects. It is square, clean, free of edge dings but with mildly bumped corners without fabric damage and bumped head and heel of the spine with mild fabric fraying (see photo). The spine is somewhat darkened but the gold lettering on the spine is intact, as is the illustration and gold lettering on the front panel. The interior is free of writings and stray marks, but does have some dots of stains (not moisture stains) and p. 282, once torn, is now taped. But the illustration that was pgs. 283/284 is missing. The paper is very flexible and the hinges are strong, but the front hinge is exposed between the front end pages. Seller Inventory # BMR-2019-7-5-1
