"Landing Force Manual" by the U.S. Navy. Originally published in 1938, but this is a reprint dated to 1941. World War II time period. ILLUSTRATED Contains 19 Chapters (Complete Set) covering a multitude of topics such as instruction in ceremonies, instruction, drills, marksmanship, hygiene, formations, riot duties, etc. Book is in Very Good condition. Each chapter is a stand-alone pamphlet that is housed in a binder-type holder (with metal screws). Holder covers have staining/fading on them particularly along the edge where the screws are located. Interior is in Very Good+ condition. A little browning to some early pages and a few sections have browning at the margins. Penciled name on front flyleaf. Most of the pages are bright and clean and are in quite nice condition. A few pages have a little wear on the edges (creasing/folding). Your purchase supports a small business.
