The hard to find "Illustrated Library Edition with three tissue guarded steel engraved portraits, including the frontispiece of the bust of Scott by Sir Thomas Chantrey. Also; Portrait of Lady Scott and the last of his daughter, Mrs. Lockhart, wife of the author whom he married in 1820. Edges a trifle dusty. Spine extremities with modest fraying.
