Roberts Brothers, Boston, 1874, 1892, 244 pages, 12 pages of book ads in back with nearly full page b&w illustrations for most of them, b&w illustrations by Addie Ledyard, 5.25"x 7", hardcover, mustard cloth with gilt and brown titles and brown daisy illustration across front and spine, covers have overall soil, corners a bit worn, some light chipping on rear cover, a 1/4" dent with tear top edge front cover, internal hinges have been neatly reglued and are holding very well, 1/2" damp stain along fore-edge of first 4 pages only, PAGE 15/16 MISSING, some pages have short tears, light soil in margins or are dog-eared but overall the contents are clean and tight, book good- (Despite it's faults this is a very good reading copy.
