Shimizu Toshiyuki (1887-1945) Born in 1887 in Otsuka, Kokufumura, Shimotsuga-gun, Tochigi Prefecture (now Otsuka-cho, Tochigi City). In 1917, he moved to a new residence contract, engaged in design work on one side, received a contract to join the arts alliance on the other side, and received human guidance. Once the award is confirmed, the award eligibility will be revoked if the employee is not a Japanese national.
