The jacket has the original price of $3.95 at the top of the inside front flap, and the numbers "0561" are at the bottom of the inside flap. A handsome copy bound In bright red cloth spine stamped crisply in gilt and black; and blue-gray paper-covered boards. With a touch of sunfading to the top and bottom edges and the corners of the spine ends. The book is signed by "Joan Marble Cook/ Princeton, 1962" in ink on the front endpaper. Joan Marble Cook who died in 2004 was the author of "Notes from an Italian Garden" and other books on Italian gardening and culture. In an clean, crisp, attractive dustjacket with the original price of $3.95 at the top of the inside front flap. With "0561" at the bottom of the front inside flap. With only the lightest bit of rubbing to the top and bottom of the spine ends.Very good plus.The rear panel features a photo of Percy by Hazel Ogden.
