Black and white drawing as frontispiece. Green cloth with gilt letters on the front cover and black letters on the spine. Fore-edge untrimmed. Just toudhes of wear to extremities, gilt slightly dulled, cloth clean and bright, frontispiece in fine condition, else very good to near fine with no internal markings. Dust jacket has chip at head of spine, else very good and better. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Leslie Gordon Barnard [1890-1961] was a Canadian novelist and short story writer. He was a prolific writer, penning more than 500 stories for magazines in Canada, the United States and England. The volume offered here is a collection of Barnard's stories. Seller Inventory # 01168
