A nice set of three hardback books, green cloth, with gilt titles on the spines and front boards. The three books are in really good condition, normal wear, marks and tear apply consistent with use and age. No dust jackets. There is the odd mark or spotting only to be expected given the three books must be over 100 years old. There is no publication date but they look like they have an early 20th century look about them. Volume 1. has 322 pages, Volume 2. has 360 pages, and Volume 3. has 352 pages plus index pages. All books have nice tight bindings, all pages, text and illustrations are in really good, clean, readable order. There are some amazing colourful plates depicting gorgeous flowers etc, within each book. All three books are large in size and are heavy in weight approximately five kilogrammes, therefore postage/shipping may increase from listed price depending on final destination. The three lovely gardening books would look great in any stylish library and are perfect for book collectors of period garden books or just garden enthusiasts, as I'm sure the content of the three books probably still applies in todays modern world.
