Smooth dark red buckram with gilt lettering to spine, produced without dust-jacket. Stated 'First Published 1945' but is the so-called 1965 'Pirate Edition' of which only 500 were produced and only some 280 reached the market. Printed at Sevenoaks by Knole Park Press Ltd. Octavo. pp. 40. The 500 copies were invoiced to Mr R.A.Caton for the Fortune Press on 27th February 1965. The edition was withdrawn from sale when the author discovered its existence. We offer a standard delivery charge and insurance to all mainland UK addresses of £4.00 unless the weight of the parcel exceeds 2kg, when the charge will be the actual cost.
Delivery charges outside the United Kingdom
The charge for packing, insurance and delivery of a single book outside the UK is as follows:
To destinations in Europe: £15 plus £2 for each extra item up to a total weight of 2kg. Heavier items are charged at cost.
To destinations in North America and To destinations in the Rest of World: £25 plus £2 forveach extra item up to a total weight of 2kg. Heavier items are charged at cost.
Delivery methods and periods
We will usually use Royal Mail / Parcel Force or a courier.
We will dispatch books within 48 hours of cleared payment, with the expectation that, they will be delivered (a) within the UK no later than 48 hours thereafter
(b) overseas, as soon as possible having regard to local postal/courier services.
The delivery periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.
