More InformationCOVID-19 UPDATE:
as Post Offices return to normal hours we can once again offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day as our Expedited Shipping option. We will continue to use a 3-day courier service for standard domestic deliveries. There continue to be delivery delays to countries outside the UK. Please bear this in mind when ordering; if you are in a hurry for your order PLEASE LET US KNOW so that we can discuss options.
Standard shipping terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs quoted are for books weighing up to 2 Kg (4.48 lb) when packed. If your book order is heavier than this, I may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. NOTE that I charge the same shipping cost to all EU countries, but the ABE system makes this rather difficult to set up; if you are ordering from an EU country not on the shipping costs list and so are charged the general International postage rate, I will refund the difference when processing your order. TAX on orders from the EU: our recent departure from the EU has left muddle and confusion for sellers and customers alike. For items costing more than 22 Euros VAT will have to be paid by the customer on receipt of the order, and possibly a handling fee levied by your postal service. Details of implementation and charges vary from country to country. We will do what we can to help but ultimately the customer is responsible for paying any taxes or other import charges. If you think we can help in any way, please contact us either before or after placing your order.
